WHO ARE WE
Our Board Members
Cocina Mitho Chha has five board members. Our founder has a wide knowledge and long experience about tourism and hospitality and has been working for 25 years in different hospitality sectors such as hotels and hotel management colleges. He has been working as a teacher since the beginning of CMC.The other board member is a lawyer, who is working on all the legal works, letting us continue striving within our project. The other three of our directors are locally helping out at Cocina Mitho Chha to educate the students within our hospitality school.

Pretendemos mejorar las necesidades educativas, sanitarias y la alimentación de estos niños, facilitar su desarrollo personal y ofrecerles la opción de disponer de un presente y un futuro autónomo en su entorno. La Escuela de Cocina Mitho Chha fue creada con este fin para formarlos en el mundo de la hosteleria y garantizarles un futuro autónomo."

OUR TEAM AT COCINA MITHO CHHA
Our Staff and Students
Our team is made up from former students that have been trained at Cocina Mitha Chha. In the kitchen we have five lovely cooks, two girls, Sushmita and Pasang, and three boys, Sunil, Gokarna, and Rajiv. Our teacher is called Salikram, who currently trains new students within the cooking section of our school. In our lovely outdoor restaurant you will be served by Sumitra and Ranjit, who also used to be the students at our school. Our teacher Sameer, almost daily trains a group of students almost daily, giving them barista lessons, as well as teaching them how to work in the food and beverage service. The front office of our bed and breakfast is run by Neelam, who will welcome you with a friendly smile and guide you to your rooms, which are daily cleaned by Shova, who is the housekeeper here at CMC. Debendra is the managing director and is always open for conversations, whether there are issues or general topics, about our mission and projects, that are wanted to be discussed.
